FITNESS FOR DUTY (FFD) SUSPENSION FROM WORK l

l On July 20, 1990, the licensee reported that a first-level non-licensed supervisor had l a positive result from a drug test administered July 18, 1990, during a routine random FFD test. The test' indicated the presence of cocaine. The determination of a confirmed positive result was made by the licensee's Medical Review Officer on July 20,-

1990, and the individual's unescorted site access was suspended for 14 days and the supervisor must enter the licensee's rehabilitation program. A decision on reinstatement will be made in accordance with the rehabilitation program, f

The licensee is in the process of " reviewing the individual's work activities for the past 6 months. The NRC resident inspectwr will evaluate the licensee's assessment.
