individual stated, "Seabrook is going torblow up."

The jndividual terminated the' call before any further conversation took place.

The HDO. notified the Region ! Duty ' Officer at 9:40 p.m. 'JThe, Region I Duty Officer equently notified the Safeguards Section Chief who in turn' notified the. Security :
