2 4/10/05 F 67.01 A 2 Manual scram due to loss of a 125V DC battery charger.

The unit was returned to service on 4/13/05.

3 4/28/05 F 54.86 A 2 Manual scram due to the loss of electrical supply to Main Transformer cooling. The unit was returned to service on 4130105.

Summary: Two manual shutdowns were required in April. The 4110/05 shutdown was required because a 125V DC battery charger failed and could not be repaired in the short time required by Susquehanna's Technical Specifications. The electrical component impacting the charger was replaced and the unit was returned to service on 4/13/05.

The 4/28/05 shutdown was required to protect a main transformer from overheating due to the loss of the transformer cooling system electrical supply. An electrical short was repaired and the unit was returned to service on 4/30/05.
