Dear Mr. Roe:

The purpose of this letter is to address the requests made in the reference letter for additional information, items requiring additional clarification can be addressed and Westinghouse management will welcome the opportunity to meet with NRC. The documentation required in the seven areas listed on the second and third page of the reference is enclosed with this transmittal. These documents are Westinghouse internal documents and correspondence between Westinghouse and its subcontractors, consequently we request this information be considered proprietary in nature and treated accordingly.
