These responses close, from the Westinghouse perspective, the RAls and DSER open items. The Westinghouse status column in the OITS will be changed to " Action N," except for OITS #5291

,, NSD-NRC-97-5195 DCP/NRC0921 2- June 19,1997 Enclosure 2 provides a hardcopy of the TEXAS-V input deck, which is referenced in the response to i RAI 720.408. This enclosure contains Westinghouse Proprietary material.

The responses to RAls 720.408 and 720.410 reference a diskette that contains two files with the two TEXAS-V input decks: one for the hinged failure input deck and one for the localized failure input deck. The diskette is provided as Enclosure 3 of this letter. These files contain Westinghouse i Proprietary material.

The responses to RAls 720.408 and 720.410 also reference a diskette that contains two files with the two TEXAS-V output files: ones for hinged failure output, and one for the localized failure output.

The diskette is provided as Enclosure 4 of this letter.

The Westinghouse Electric Corporation copyright notice, proprietary information notice, application for withholding and afGdavit are also attached.

This submittal contains Westinghouse proprietary information consisting of trade secrets, commercial information or financial information which we consider privileged or conGdential pursuant to 10CFR2.790. Therefore, it is requested that the Westinghouse proprietary information attached hereto be handled on a confidential basis and be withheld from public disclosures.

This material is for your internal use only and may be used for the purpose for which it is submitted.
