Dear Mr. Quay:

Enclosure I to this letter provides documentation of cold flow tests t>erformed at the AP600 Automatic Depressurization System test facility in Casaccia, Italy. These tests were performed to determine I hydraulic characteristics and loss coefficients for the ADS Stage 1,2 and 3 flow paths. This information is provided in response to an NRC request for additional information on the hydraulic characteristics of the ADS test facility. Enclosed are the following:
