Enclosed is a Westinghouse report documenting aspects of the AP600 analysis program. The enclosure includes:

This data report contains Westinghouse proprietary information and is identified as preliminary. This information will be incoiporated in the Final Verification and Validation Repon for the NOTRUMP computer code. With the publication of the final report, the preliminary identification will be removed and a non-proprietary version of the final report will be prepared.

The Westinghouse Electric Corporation copyright notice, proprietary information notice, application for withholding and affidavit are also attached.

This submittal contains Westinghouse proprietary information consisting of trade secrets, commercial information or financial information which we consider privileged or confidential pursuant to 10CFR2.790. The specific types of proprietary information contained in the report are identified in paragraphs (4)(ii)(a) and (4)(ii)(b) of the attached affidavit. Therefore, it is requested that the Westinghouse proprietary information attached hereto be handled on a confidential basis and be withheld from public disclosures.
