The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted the meeting in accordance with NRC Management Directive 3.5, Attendance at NRC Staff-Sponsored Meetings (ML21180A271).
For background, by letter dated June 30, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) No. ML19178A068 (letter) and ML19178A069 [Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD), Revision 0]), Oklo submitted the topical report (TR),

Description:
Design and Construction, Revision 0. During NRC staff review of the TR, Oklo revised the QAPD TR and resubmitted Revision 1 of their QAPD TR in a letter from C. Cochran, Oklo Inc., Oklo Inc., Project 99902046, Responses to second round NRC RAIs on the Oklo Inc., Design and Construction Quality Assurance Plan Description, Rev. 0, dated January 24, 2020 (ML20027A004). By letter dated August 11, 2020 (ML20205L415), the NRC issued, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Final Safety Evaluation for Oklo, Inc.
Topical Report OKLO-2019-14-NP, Revision 1, Quality Assurance Program Description -
Design and Construction (EPID No. L-2019-TOP-0024).
The purpose of the July 23, 2025, meeting was for the NRC staff and Oklo to discuss the content of a proposed TR on the revised QAPD. Oklo and the staff discussed the feedback and Oklo provided responses to the staffs questions. Oklo stated that it will consider the information provided by NRC staff. Upon receipt of the TR, the NRC staff will conduct a completeness review and develop a schedule. The NRC staff and Oklo discussed potential review schedule considerations.
No regulatory decisions were made as a result of this meeting.
