Submittal of Supplemental Information for the Electrical/I&C Review of IROFS for the TRISO-X License Application TRISO-X, LLC (TRISO-X) hereby submits supplemental information for the Electrical/

Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) review of items relied on for safety (IROFS) for the License Application for the TRISO-X Fuel Fabrication Facility (Reference 2). By letter dated November 16, 2022 (Reference 3), TRISO-X committed to providing procedural methods and detailed design documentation for IROFS that require electrical power and/or instrumentation and controls. The NRC accepted the TRISO-X license application for review by letter dated November 18, 2022 (Reference 4). TRISO-X provided an update on the status of the IROFS-related electrical/I&C design information to the NRC by email dated August 31, 2023 (Reference 5). A technical audit meeting with NRC staff was held in Oak Ridge, TN on February 14, 2024, to review the overall design philosophy and status of electrical/I&C IROFS design package development. The
