INSPECTION AREA: OPERATIONAL SAFETY Note: Unless otherwise noted, the information requested below corresponds to documents generated since September 2020. Please provide the requested documents in electronic format. If the information is not available in electronic format, please contact the inspection team leader to coordinate other available methods to provide the information.

This is a broad list of the documents the inspectors will be interested in obtaining and reviewing for preparation for and during the inspection visit. The current version of these documents is requested unless specified otherwise. The lead inspector can answer questions regarding specific information needs with licensee staff and may request additional documents.

- b. Any active temporary operating procedures, work-arounds, or compensatory measures supporting degraded or out-of-service (OOS) IROFS or other safety-related equipment (non-IROFS)
- c. A list of OPS-related Corrective Action Program entries since the last OPS inspection (which was November 28th - December 2nd, 2022); including records of IROFS/management measure failures and/or degradations (in accordance with 10 CFR Part 70.62(a)(3))
- d. Records of organizational and personnel changes (e.g., qualifications of new management personnel versus the position requirements) for the operational safety (or operations) organization
- e. Procedures for applying/implementing the following management measures to IROFS:
- Configuration Management
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Surveillances and Functional Tests
- Training and Qualifications
- Procedures
- Audits and Assessments
- Incident Investigations/Corrective Actions

Records of IROFS surveillances and training for IROFS in:
- UO2 - UF6 Cylinder Washing (combine w/ADU)

Onsite coordination for OPS Inspection (IP 88020)
- a. Please schedule a general plant tour for either Monday afternoon (after the entrance meeting) or Tuesday morning, with a more detailed focus on the areas above.
- b. Please provide the schedule of operations in the four (4) focus areas above for the week of the inspection.
- c. The schedule of any IROFS surveillances/maintenance/functional tests during the inspection week. This is similar to item h. in Section 1 above.
