Dear Mr. Tate:

Enclosed is the schedule of inspections to be performed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspectors at the Framatome Inc., Richland facility for calendar year 2020.

The inspection schedule is provided, well in advance of inspectors arrival onsite, to minimize the resource impact on your staff and allow for the resolution of any scheduling conflicts or personnel availability issues.

Please note that inspections related to Safeguards are not included in this schedule. In addition, any regional initiative or other reactive inspection, if applicable, is not included in the schedule. If circumstances arise which cause the NRC inspectors to change the dates of the planned inspections, we will contact you to discuss the change(s) as early as possible. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
