3.0.3.2.11 3-66 The last sentence of the 2nd paragraph in the Staff Evaluation should refer to one exception and two enhancements instead of five exceptions and enhancements.

There should only be two remaining enhancements.

The staff also noted that Dominion Energy committed to ongoing implementation of the existing Fuel Oil Chemistry Program for managing the effects of aging for applicable components during the subsequent period of extended operation implement the program and begin inspections 10 years prior to the subsequent period of extended operation, and to complete inspections to be completed prior to the subsequent period of extended operation at least 6 months prior to the subsequent period of extended operation or no later than the last refueling outage prior to the subsequent period of extended operation.

3.0.3.2.19 3-91 to 3-94 UFSAR Supplement. SLRA Section A1.35 provides the UFSAR supplement for the Inspection of Water-Control Structures Associated with Nuclear Power Plants AMP. The staff reviewed this UFSAR supplement description of the program and noted that it is consistent with the recommended description in GALL-SLR Report Table XI-01. The staff also noted that Dominion Energy committed (Commitment No. 35) to ongoing implementation of the existing Inspection of Water-Control Structures Associated with Nuclear Power Plants AMP for managing the effects of aging for applicable components during the subsequent period of extended operation implementing the program enhancements 6 months prior to the subsequent period of extended operation. The staff finds that the information in the UFSAR supplement is an adequate summary description of the program.

Generic Comment 7 8

3.0.3.2.9 3-59 Enhancement 5 should be deleted (pdf pg 185) (deleted in supplement 3) and what is enhancement 6 should be renumbered to 5. Enhancement 7 should be deleted (it became enhancement 5 which was deleted). Enhancement 8 should be deleted - it was completed in Supplement 2.

3.0.3.2.22 3-99 to 3-100 Supplement 1, dated February 4, 2021, deleted Enhancements 2 through 7 from B2.1.39 (XI.E3A) and Table A4.0-1, Item 39, since these were completed prior to Supplement 1 being issued. This supplement is not referenced for this AMP.
