- MUTUAL ATOMIC ENERGY LIABILITY UNDERWRITERS AMENEWIGE EMXRSBfWr - VEMNT It is agreed with respect to this Certificate:-

2. The following provisions will apply:

a. Nonrenewal (1) If the ccupanies decide not to renew this policy, the ccmpanies shall mail or deliver to the first Named Insured designated in this Certificate at the last mailing address known to the conpanies written notice of nonrenewal at least forty-five (45) days prior to

- the end of the policy period or the anniversary date of this policy.

If the ccupanies decide to tenninatei this Certificate at- any anniversary of this Certificate, the 'conpanies shall mail or deliver written notice of nonrenewal at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the anniversary period. The notice shall include the .

reason for nonrenewal.

(2) This'nonrenewsl provision shall not apply in the event that (a) the cottpanies have consented to renewal, or (b) the Named Insurecis have (i) requested or agreed to nonrenewal, or (ii) insured eIsewhere rir accepted reptacanent coverage.

b. Renewal (1) If the conpanies decide to issue a reneveal policy and the cartpanics have the necessary infonnation to do so, the ccrrpanies will confim their intention to renew the policy and the premium at which it will be renewed, in writing, at least forty-five (45) days prior to the policy's expiration.

(2) If the ccrrpanies have not given such advance notice, the Naned Insureds will be granted renewal coverage at the rate in effect under the expiring or expired policy or at rates lawfully in effect on the expiration date, whichever are lower. 'Ihis renewal coverage will continue for forty-five (45) days after the conpanies confinn renewal coverage and pranium and any earned praniun shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If the first Naned Insured accepts the renewal coverage and pranium under a renewal which the ccrpanies confirm, then this paragraph (2) shall not apply to such renewal.

3. Notice of cancellation or nonrenewal shall be mailed to the first Nuned Insured by Certified Mail.

If the empanies decide to terminate this Certificate at any anniversary of this Certificate, the empanies shall mail or deliver written notice of nonrenewal at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the anniversary period. The notice shall include the reason for nonrenewal.
