This is to confirm our intent to conduct a survey of your emergency data I

system capabilities for possible use as part of an Emergency Response Data i

System (ERDS).

As I discussed with you, a team of two individuals (one NRC and one contractor) would visit your facility at 9:00 a.m. on November 4,1986, start with a brief introductory meeting followed by the survey of your available data and computer characteristics.

For your information, I am enclosing a list of the subject experts we expect we need to speak with and a copy of the ERDS 1

Please realize that not all items
