In response to your May 29, 1987 note concerning the Emergency Response Data System Implementation procurement, we have changed the report requirements 1

section of the work scope to ensure that IRM will receive a copy of the monthly letter report produced by the contractor.

We are amending the Request For Proposals on June 5, 1987 to provide responses to some questions on the project raised by potential offerors. The amendment will also contain this addition to the report distribution requirements of the Statement of Work.

I will provide you with a copy of the amendment upon issuance.
