This is to confirm our intent to conduct a survey of your emergency data system capabilities for possible use as part of an Emergency Response Data 1
System (ERDS). As I discussed with you, a team of two individuals (one NRC and,one contractor) will be arriting at your facility at 9:00 it.m.
on November 3, 1986 to conduct the survey.
