This is to confirm our intent to conduct a survey of your emergency data system capabilities for possible use as part of an Emergency Response Data System ] (ERDS). As I discussed with you a team of two individuals (Michael Hawkins, c; NRC and Mark Good, COMEX) will be arriving at your facility at 9:00 a.m. on 1 September 16, 1986 to conduct the survey. If acceptable we will start with a

For your information, I am enclosing a list of the q individuals we expect we need to speak with a copy of the ERDS survey checklist to be used during the visit. Please realize that not all items on the check-t lf list to be used during the visit. It deals with a broad spectrum of systems,
