Q This is to confirm our intent to conduct a survey of your emergency data system capabilities for possible use as part of an Emergency Response Data 1
System (ERDS). As I discussed, a team of two individuals (Michael Hawkins,'j t
'l NRC and Dave Schultz, Comex) will be arriving at your facility at 9:00
-i a.m. on August 4, 1986 to conduct the survey. If acceptable we will start with a brief introductory meeting followed by the survey of your available~
data and computer characteristics. For your information, I am enclosing a 5
list of the individuals we expect we need to speak with and a copy of the g.
O" ERDS survey checklist to be used during the visit. Please realize that not all items on the checklist will apply to your facility. It deals uith a broad spectrum of systems, because it was intended to cover all lacensed 1
