This is to confirm our intent to conduct a survey of your emergency data system
,j capabilities for possible use as part of an Emergency Response Data System (ERDS).
i As I discussed with you, a team of two individuals (one NRC and one contractor)
J will be arriving at your facility at 9:00 a.m. on October 30, 1986 to conduct d
the survey.
If acceptable, we will start with a brief introductory meeting followed by the survey of your available data and computer characteristics.
For your information, I am enclosing a list of the individuals we expect we need to j
speak with, and a copy of the ERDS survey checklist to be used during the visit.
1 Please realize that not all items on the checklist will apply to your facility.
1 It deals with a broad spectrum of systems, because it was intended to cover all l
licensed nuclear reactors.
