This is to confirm our ir. tent to conduct a survey of your emergency data q
system capabilities for possible use as part of an Emergency Response Data System (ERDS). As discussed with Ron Smith a team of two individuals

survey. If acceptable we will start with a brief introductory meeting followed by the survey of your available data and computer characteristics. For your information, I am enclosing a list of the i
individuals we expect we need to speak with and a copy of the ERDS survey l
checklist to be used during the visit. Please realize that not all items

on the checklist will apply to your facility. It deals with a broad spectrum of systems, because it was intended to cover all licensed nuclear j
