As I discussed with you a team of two individuals (one NRC and one contractor) a j

would visit your facility at 9:00 a.m. on November 6, 1986, start with a brief f.

1 introductory meeting followed by the survey of your available data and computer-

'i characteristics.

For your information, I am enclosing a list of the subject experts we expect we need to speak with and a copy of the ERDS survey checklist to be used during the visit.

Please realize that not all items on the checklist will apply to your facility.

It deals with a broad spectrum of systems, because it was intended to cover all licensed nuclear reactors.
