SUBJECT:

DIABLO CANYON UNIT 2 LICENSE APPENDIX B ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PLAN Appendix B to the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Generating Station License was developed with the expectation that it would cover both units. We reviewed it in November 1984, in conjunction with full power licensing of Unit 1, and found it to be adequate and appropriate for issuance, On April 9, 1985, we reviewed Appendix B as actually issued with the Unit 1 full term license and have confirmed that it is appropriate for issuance for Unit 2.
