Hans Schierling, Project Manager Licensing Branch No. 3 Division of Licensing SL'BJECT: DOCUMENTATION OF DIABLO CANYON CORRESPONDENCE Region V informed us that the documents listed in the attachment were recently placed in the Public Document Room (PDR) in Washington, D. C. and in the Local Public Document Room (LPDR) in San Luis Obispo. The documents are correspondence between Region V and PG&E pertaining to allegations on the Diablo Canyon Plant.
Region V had recomdnded that the documents be issued as a Board Notification.
We do not consider this necessary since all PG&E correspondence (which included the details of the Region V correspondence) was already provided to the Diablo-Canyon service list, including the Boards and parties, at the date of the correspondence.
