Schierling specifically: 816, 819 and 1214 and the ten allegations listed in the October 26, 1984 memo from D. Kirsch,to H. Schierling specifically:

We have concluded that there is nothing contained in the above allegations that would preclude issuance of the full power license for Diablo Canyon Unit 1.
