POST FUEL LOADING INITIAL TEST PROGRAM CHANGE -

i Pacific Gas and Electric Company submitted proposed changes to their initial J
test program by letter from J. O. Schuyler, PG&E, to G. W. Knighton, NRC, dated August 8,1984, in accordance with paragraph 2.C(3) of their license.
We have reviewed the proposed changes and their justifications and find them acceptable. We consider these changes to be " minor" with respect to license condition 2.C(3) and, therefore, require no further action on our part.
