3.0 PRECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS 3.1 Locate the Volumetries tester in an area which will limit personal exposure.
32 Do not allow liquids to enter the Volumetrics tester or damage may occur.

3.3 All liquids must be drained from piping subsystem prior to attaching the test rig.
3.4 During the test, the SI test line is removed from service. The SI pump control switches
.must be in pullout position, but one SI pump may be operable for reduced inventory operation or boration flow path. With the associated SI pump mini-recirc shut, a pump

discharge flow path must be established prior to manually starting the pump.

4.2 No testing requiring the use of the test recirc line via 2SI-897A&B will be conducted during the duration of this test.
4.3 A Volumetrics test rig is available outside containment.
4.4 Permission to Perform Test The conditions required by this test are consistent with required plant conditions including equipment operability. Permission is granted to perform this test.

- CAUTIONa IF AN SI PUMP BREAKER IS RACKED IN, THE CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR SHALL BE INFORMED WHEN THE ASSOCIATED 2P-ISA OR B MINI-RECIRC IS SHUT.

5.6 Open the following valves to drain system:
2SI-860A, 2P-14A discharge MOV 2SI-860B,2P-14A discharge MOV 2SI-884, test line manualisolation 2SI-883, test line sample / drain 2SI-864A, 2P-14A test line isolation 2SI-D11,2P-14A casing drain 2SI-D24,2P-14A discharge check valve bonnet drain 2SI-D31, high flow recire orifice drain 2SI-862G, high flow recirc manual isolation 2SI-869A, Train A air test connivent 5.7 Remove 1/2" pipe plug from the 2" pipe tee in the eductor line above the eductor to facilitate draining at D11 and D24.
NOTE:
Ifpost-maintenance or operability testing of2SI-862A, 862G, or 86M is not required, then N/A all ofSection 6.0.
6.0 SEAT LEAKAGE TEST OF 2SI-862A. 862G AND 864A 6.1 When drainage ceases at 2SI-D31, then shut 2SI 862G and D31.
6.2 Open 2SI-V21 as a vent path for 2SI-862G.

6.3 When drainage ceases at 2SI-D11, then reinstall the 1/2" pipe plug at the eductor 2" suction line tee and shut 2SI-D11.
6.4 Attach SA to the test connection for 2PI-933A and pressurize slightly
(<10 psig) to blow water downstream of 2SI-860A&B out the 2SI-D24 drain connection.

INITIALS 6.5 When drainage ceases at 2SI-D24, remove the SA connection from 2PI-933A. Shut and cap the 2PI-933A test connection.
6.6 Attach the Volumetrics test rig to 2SI-869A.
6.7 Shut 2SI-D24.
6.8 Verify valve alignment per Dwg. B.IVLT-54P, l
6.9 Pressurize the system to 54-57 psig, then crack open 2SI-D24 and verify no water on the seat of2SI-862A. Reshut 2SI-D24 and cap.
6.10 Test the test volume per 01-58 and record data on the data sheet.
l 6.11 If total system leakage is >l500 scem, then quantify individual valve leakage as follows:
6.11.1 To measure 2SI-862A leakage, connect an Omega rotameter at i
2SI-D11 and record flow.
seem 6.11.2 To measure 2SI-862G leakage, connect an Omega rotameter at 2SI-V21 and record flow.
sCCm 6.11.3 To measure 2SI-864A leakage, connect an Omega rotameter at 2SI-883 and record flow.

sccm 6.11.4 To quantify 2SI-868A leakage, total the previous three rotameter readings and subtract from the Volumetrics rig value.
Record seem 6.12 When the test is complete, shut 2SI-869A and detach the test rig.
6.13 Open 2SI-869A and vent the test volume to atmospheric pressure.

6.15 Verify the following valves are shut:

6.16 Verify 2SI-V21 open and pressurize the test volume to 61-65 psig.
6.17 Test the test volume per OI-58 and record data on the data sheet.
6.18 When the test is complete, shut 2SI-V21 and detach the test rig.
6.19 Open 2SI-V21 and vent the test volume to atmospheric pressure.
6.20 Perform post-test valve alignment:
