! event that occurred at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No I on May 27,1994. This LER

! is submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(ii).

I l This supplemental LER updates the information contained in the Cause and the Corrective Action  !

section. There are also some editorial and administrative changes.

The following are Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's (NNECO's) commitments made .

within this letter. All other statements made within this letter are for information only.

j B16035-1 NNECO cc,mmits to systematically review the Heating, Ventilation, and Air i- Conditioning (HVAC) Systems which provide temperature controls for areas in which safety-related equipment is located at Millstone Unit No. I to ensure that operation of HVAC system / equipment will provide adequate temperature control

. for the operation of safety-related equipment and/or structures in appropriate i

scenarios. This review shall include, but is not limited to, both normal operation and Loss of Normal Power scenarios. Results of this review shall be incorporated y into applicable engineering design documents and plant operations procedures.

This review is scheduled for completion during Refueling Outage (RFO) 15 as part of the 10CFR50.54(f) review.
