i Genrgia Power Company recently providad a draft update to the Vogtle FSAR

related to LQB areas of review; however, it was incomplete in respect to the numbar of individuals assigned to plant positions and the resumes of individuals assigned to key positions on the plant staff'. This missing information has been furnished by the appleiant's letter of February 15, 1985. Wa believe we now have sufficient information to enable us to schadule

our reviaw at the applicant's corporate office and plant site. The proposed agenda for that maeting should be as follows:
a.
Discussion at Georgia Power corporate office with corporate management and staff on how the office organization and resources compare to the I
guidalines of Section II.B of NUREG-0731; Section 13.1.1 of the Standard Review Plan, NUREG-0800; and items I.B.I.2 and I.C.5 of NUREG-0737.
Included should ba a discussion of applicable administrative policies and procedures that upper management has in place to establish safety goals and practices for the safe operation of the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant.
b.
Interviews with about eight selected corporate managers and corporate staff who provide direction and technical support for Vogtle plant operations.
Interviews will include discussinn of technical qualifications, job responsibilities, diractives and administrative procedures, interfacing and communication with other corporata staff and tha on-site plant organization, and related matters. Discussions wil!
l also fncus on the preoperational and start-up organization and tha transfer o.f responsibilities from constructinn parsonnel to operations personnel.
