Generating Plant Unit 1 Physical Security and Contingency Plan dated September 1,1983 disclosed significant omissions relative to the require-ments of 10 CFR 73.55 and applicable standards.

assessment and contacted the applicant to determine if another submittal was forthcoming. The applicant was aware that his submittal needed work and suggested a meeting with the reviewers to discuss the security plan.
Melanie Miller, Vogtle Project Manager, arranged for a meeting at Vogtle on January 18, 1983.
t A proposed agenda for the meeting is enclosed.
MRC representatives at the -
meeting will be M. Miller, NRR, W. Tobin, RII, C. Gaskin, NMSS, and S. Brow ~n, NMSS.
Because a revised security plan must be submitted by Vogtle before we can complete our review, first round questions may not be ready by the April 15, 1984 schedule date.
