been prepared by the Personnel Qualifications Section of the Licensee Qualifications Branch after reviewing the applicable sections of the FSAR.
In the course of our review, we have identified the following as significant review items:
1.
The applicant has not provided a training program for licensed operators which includes those subjects contained in Sections 21, 22 and 23 of 10 CFR Part 55.

The applicant has not adequately described the on-site training program for licensed personnel.
3.
The applicant has not adequately described training programs for licensed and nonlicensed' personnel with no previous experience.
4.
The applicant has not adequately described a training program for mitigating core damage.
5.
The applicant has not adequately described the fire protection training program.

As noted above, much of the information requested concerning the Licen' sed Operator and Nonlicensed Plant Staff Training has not been provided to date.
