Amended Physical Security Plan Additional portions of the Fermi 2 Security Plan have been revised as part of Revision 5 to the Plan.
The specific pages that are being submitted by this letter are delineated below.
In order to aid in your review, the entire Security Plan is provided as Attachment 1 reflecting Amendment 5 revisions submitted via References 2 and 3, and this letter.
The enclosed revision reflects the following:
a) a streamlined background check process for individuals requesting interim unescorted access (see Section 5.1.1) b)
the deletion of two turnstiles from the primary access porta'. (Figure 4-6) and addition of two turnstiles to the alternate access portal (Figure 4-8) c)
the deletion of several doors from the security system (see Table 5-1 and Figures 4-2, 4-3, and 4-4) d)
the modification of Central Alarm Station staffing to allow the two-man rule to be invoked as specified (see Section 4.3.1) 8412070159 841129 8

Youngblood November 29, 1984 EF2-72016 Page 2 provides Amendment 1 to the Training and Qualification Plan for security personnel.
The primary revisions incorporated include the deletion of rifle training, revision of shotgun qualifications, and a more specific description of the uniform worn by security personnel on the obstacle course.
