Dear Mr. Collins:

We wish to inform you of some administrative changes occur-ing within the OEA family of companies. Mr. Ben Huber has re-tired as president of both Aerotest Operations, Inc., and OEA ,

Aerospace, Inc., formerly known as ET, Inc. Ray Tsukimura has j been appointed President of Aerotest Operations, Inc., and Mr. '

Ben Paul has assumed the position of President of OEA Aerospace, Inc.. A brief summary of Mr. Paul's background is attached.

Mr. Ahmed Kafadar continues as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and Dr. Charles Kafadar continues as President and Chief Operating Officer of the parent company, OEA, Inc. The composition of the Aerotest Operations Board of Direc-tors is being finalized with Mr. Ahmed Kafadar, Mr. Charles Kafadar, Mr. Ben Paul, Mr. Paul Martin, Treasurer of all three organizations and Vice President of OEA, Inc., and myself select-ed so far. j The organizational and operational structure of Aerotest Operations, Inc., remains intact, except for my promotion to president. Mr. Fred Meren continues as the Reactor Supervisor and Ms Sandra Warren as Radiological Safety Officer. Mr. Richard Newacheck continues as the Chairman of the Reactor Safeguards Committee.

Ben E. Paul - Presideqi Nr. Paul has more than 30 years' experience in ordnance and solid rocket research and development. He holds B.S. and  !

M.S. degrees in Engineering Physics from IIT and Mathematics from DePaul University, respectively. ,

Mr. Paul has held R&D and Management positions with IIT Research, AMF, Aerojet-General and as a private consultant.

He has authored numerous articles on the ballistics of guns, .i rockets, and ordnance devices. He also holds several patents in these fields.

Mr. Paul is currently President ol' OEA Aerospace, Inc.,

responsible for development and engineering.  ;
