Dear Mr. Michaels:
In response to your letter of 31 March 1987 we are resubmitting our Emergency Plan to include the omissions you have brought to our attention. Another check of our files disclosed the 14 September 1984 telephone conversation memo, between Ms Hogan and myself, which clearly covered the items omitted. Unfortunately, the memo was lost in the sizeable file on Emergency Plans.
We have arranged for an alternate Emergency Control Center with our next door neighbor, Pacific Gas & Electric Co. Their facility can be accessed 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> a day and is sufficiently close to Aerotest to allow direct observation.
We took this opportunity to review the Emergency Plan again and have made several minor corrections as listed on the "May 1987 Corrections" sheet.
