i This acknowledges the receipt of your letters dated September 2,1993, and November 17, 1993, by which you transmitted the July 31, 1991 revision to the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (ARRR) Physical Security Plan.

We find the revision to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part l
50.54(p). Accordingly, it is acceptable as a replacement for the plan, as previously modified and accepted by this office by letter dated January 17, 1992.
Those portions of the plan, specifically, Sections III.D, III.E, III.F. and III.G which address U. S. Department of Energy requirements and activities, do not appear to impact on NRC requirements and, therefore, were not reviewed.
We have determined that the enclosures to your above referenced letters contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR Part 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning l
l of 10 CFR Part 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in l
accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19.
