enclosed a copy of the DOE letter requesting these changes so that .;
you can see what changes were made.
Please substitute this new amended page for the.old one in the plan that I sent you. I hope that this minor change is acceptable to the i NRC without c change in title page, because the DOE has now accepted our plan effective upon incorporating these changes. ,
