Enclosed please find the amended page 11 of the ARRR Security Plan as per the voice-mail message that I left you on this date. The changes are all minor and all in the very last paragraph.
I have enclosed a copy of the DOE letter requesting these changes so that you can see what changes were made.
Please substitute this new amended page for the.old one in the plan that I sent you.
