We submitted a revised copy of the Aerotest Operations Security Plan in September and December of 1988 regarding minor facility and management changes.
In this latest revision, neither the basic plan or philosophy has changed, but we have added additional details concerning: facility construction and layout; information; Personnel data, and facility security status.
This change was necessary to satisfy security requirements imposed on contractorsidoing work for the Department of Energy.
This new comprehensive Security Plan will enable Aerotest to satisfy both government agencies' (NRC 6 DOE) requirements with one document thus pre-cluding-conflicts and inconsistencies.
We' request the enclosed Security Plan be exempt from public disclosure and not be placed.in the public document room and receive limited distribution, in accordance with Section 2.790(d) of NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
