Dear Mr. Norderhaug:
Enclosed please find the 1993-revision of the security plan for Aerotest Operations, Inc.
As per our telephone conversation, it is a few days late because our parent company was redrawing the maps for us to make them more to scale.
Except for format changes, the only text changes are:
IIIB.:
The sentence regarding internal wall construction in the second paragraph was replaced after being inadvert-ently eliminated in the 1991 revision.
Also, the Department of Energy requested that the first sentence in the sixth ~
paragraph be added, stating that the NRC had security cogni-zance over the nuclear reactor.
IIIE.: Changes in the classified safe descriptions and lock-down procedures were made at the request of the DOE.
As always, we request that the enclosed Security Plan be exempt from the public file and NOT be placed in the public document room.
We also request that it receive limited distribution in accordance with section 2.790 of the NRC's Rules of Practice, Part 2, Title 10 CFR.
