Dear Mr. Miller:
We received a letter from Reba M. Diggs dated 22 December 1980 advising us that a fee of $2000.00 should be remitted for review of our security plan submitted in January 1979. This letter is to request a temporary hold on the review of our security plan to allow us to incorporate recent changes to bring the plan up to date.
Certain changes have been effected in our emergency alarm system and our building configuration. These changes are currently being incorporated in our security plan and will be submitted within the next two months. We believe it would be wise to wait and review this new revision rather 9an review the January 1979 issue which is now outdated.
Please let me know '.f there is any problem wiD aciding up the review for two months.
