North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) completed the third inservice inspection of the Seabrook Station steam generators during May 1994. Steam Generators B and C were included in this inspection. The enclosed report is submitted pursuant to Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 4.4.5.5b. Trie enclosed report contains the following information as required by Surveillance Requirement 4.4.5.5b:

The number and extent of tubes inspected, The location and percent of wall thickness penetration for each indication of an imperfection, Identification of tubes plugged.

The Technical Specifications require a tube to be plugged when tube wall-loss equals or exceeds -

40% of nominal wall. Only one tube was required to be plugged as a result of eddy current inspection. '

There were also five inconel 600 plugs that were removed and replaced with inconel 690 plugs, pursuant to NRC Bulletin No. 89-01 and Westinghouse WCAP-12244, in accordance with the plug lifetime projection of WCAP-12244, only the hot leg plugs were replaced.  !
