NOTICE OF DEPOSITION .

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of John R. Gummersall on the subject areas of his duties and responsibilities as Director of LERO and any other participation he may have had or will have in the prepa-ration or implementation of the LILCO Plan. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other au-thorized officer, at the H. Lee Dennison Building, Ninth Floor, Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York 11788 on the 22nd day of September, 1983, at 9:00 o' clock a.m. and from day to day thereaf ter until the examination is completed.
