SUBJECT:
POINT BEACH STEAM GENERATOR TUBE SLEEVING - DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM As the Point Beach Project Manager, Tim Colburn, discussed with you on the telephone last week, a hearing has been scheduled by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) on the subject issue to be held in the Federal Building, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the 29th, 30th and 'possibly 31st of October.
The ASLB has requested.that those NRC staff technical reviewers providing input for the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) be available to testify at the hearing in order to answer questions the ASLB might have regarding the SER.
You should make the appropriate arrangement in your schedules and plan to attend.
The attached information will be helpful to you in preparation of your travel requests. Enclosure 1 is information on the time and place of the hearing. is information on flights and hotel reservations made for myself and Tim Colburn by 0 ELD and is provided to assist you in making your travel arrangements. is a proposed hearing agenda.
