Dear Sir:
On February 14, 1983, Florida Power Corporation (FPC) committed tc submit a bounding analysis of the subject NUREG as it relates to Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3). The analysis has been received from Babcock and Wilcox; however, there are generic portions of the report that must be revised to be CR-3 specific. To allow this to be completed and to allow time for the B&W Owners Group Analysis Subcommittee to discuss compensating models to offset any NUREG-0630 penalties, FPC will submit the bounding analysis for CR-3 on or before May 13,1983.
