, dundant valve was operable during both events. There was no danger to the public health ,
and safety. Similar occurrence reported on Docket #50-237 by R.O. 78-54.

Upon investigation by Shift Foreman, Solenoid Valve found to be very hot to touch and after 2 _ tapping on Wrsa solenoid valve, 3-1601-20B valve opened. -
DESCRIPTION OF CAUSE Suspect Wrsa solenoid valve hanging up oreventing proper air flow to air operator.
