1981, intervenor Wisconsin's Environnental Decade submits the following status report cn its discovery activities.

, With respect to Decade discovery against Wisconsin Electric Pcwer Cmpany, and possibly NRC staff, Decade intends to file sudi discovery requests by 8 a.m. cn October 24,1981(the docunc.nts being picked u,s by WEPCO at Decade's Fhdiscn office, pursuant to the October 20 telephone ccnference call.)

With respect to disccncry by %EPCO against Decade, Decade intends ,

to respond as fully as possible given the time ccntraints of this case, according to the Board'S schedule. Decade has received no other discovery regtests.
