DECADE'S NOTICE OF APPEAL FROM SPECIAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER CONCERNING DENIAL OF PETITION TO INTERVENE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.714 a , that Wisconsin's Environmental Decade, /nc. (" Decade"), hereby gives notice of its appeal to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeals Boara (" Appeals Board") f rom the Special Prehearing Conf erence Order, dated December 10, 1982, of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, in the above captioned matter. Said order dismissed the Decade's Petition to Intervene and Petition f or Hearing, dated August 10, 1982, as well as its supplement to its Petition, dated November 5, 1982.

WHEREFORE, the Decade requests the Appeals Board to reverse said order in its entirety and, thereby, admit Decade as a party, as well as all of its its contentions, into the. proceeding. -
