Pursuant to the Memorandum and Order of the Atomic Saf ety and Licensing Board (" Board"), dated October 13, 1981, this is to submit Decade's third discovery progress report f or the period ending December 7, 1981.
1.
The matter of Decade's motion to compel answer, dated October 29, 1981, is still the subject of inf ormal negotiations between the Intervenor and Licensee.
2.
On November 25,
- 1981, the Decade answered the Licensee's first set of interrogatories on f ull scale sleeving.
Counsel f or Licensee called to discuss his problems with the answers.

On November 23, 1981, the Decade received the Licensee's second set of interrogatories on full scale sleeving, dated November 20, 1981, and the Decade answered them on December 8, l
