liio,l Component failure was due to a broken capillary tube close to the sensing bulb, thus; ii {2 l l allowing the fill material to leak out.

Corrective action was to replace the brokeng g g ; switch with a new calibrated switch. All steam line area temperature switches shall i i,63i l continue to be tested during each refueling outage.
