' Regarding our t revious notifications to you concerning two B&W Topical Reports, Nos. BAW-1402 and BAW-1403, we are in receipt of letters from B&W Company advising us of AEC letters approving both reports and listing contract variations which acend the specification to which the steam generators, reactor vessels, and pressurizers are certified. That, in our opinion, closed this subject as far as its relationship to Crystal River Unit No. 3 plant is concerned.
In accordance with the above we wish to advise you that we no longer consider the subject of incomplete ,.
documentation of certain lots of weld filler metal at the B&W facilities to be a subject of concern and do so advise you.
