PHIPPS BEND NUCLEAR POWER PLANT - NPDES PERMIT NO. TN0029301 - CONSTRUCTION EFFECTS MONITORING PROGRAM - ANNUAL REPORT In response to the letter from Howard D. Zeller dated March 25, 1980, on the same subject, enclosed is a copy of the annual report of the Construction Effects Monitoring Program implemented at the Phipps Bend Nuclear Power Plant in accordance with Part III,Section I of the NPDES Permit No. TN0029301.
Copies of the report are also being distributed to the other interested agencies in accordance with the requirements of Part III, Section R of the permit.
