Dear Sir:
The Authority has corpleted, as of September 1, 1979, all analyses and plant modifications that were required by the NRC order of August 14, 1979 prior to plant startup.
Withdrawal of control rods for ascent in power began on September 3, 1979. This date will be used by the Authority in computing compliance with the 30 day and 60 day requirements for completion of accessible area pipe support analyses and modifications.
